Insight into Mental Health
We offer bespoke support and are available to tailor the materials on the course to the specific needs of your workplace.
Insights into Mental Health is a half-day course that offers a preventative approach to mental health and wellbeing. We know that unsupported mental health results in high staff turnover and costs UK businesses between £17-26 billion per annum. Increasingly, staff are making employment choices based on workplace culture. Embedding positive mental health training can aid staff retention and see a return on investment of £5.30 on every £1 spent.
Our Training team will work alongside your organisation to develop a robust training programme which will be facilitated by our experienced trainers. Our workplace courses contain practical actions and takeaway points. We aim to empower employees and employers to support their mental health and those around them.
