Understanding the course
Insight into Mental Health can take place across two 2-hour sessions online or a single 4 hour session in person. It is delivered in person by a facilitator or by video conferencing.
The course is designed with everyone in mind and is a great basic level of knowledge to acquire about mental health and wellbeing. This is face-to-face delivery, with participant group numbers between 8 and 12.
