Abseiling from one of Scotland’s most famous landmarks isn’t just an unforgettable experience. It’s your chance to turn bravery into hope.
By taking on this epic challenge, you’ll be raising vital funds for Change Mental Health and supporting people impacted by mental illness and poor mental health while conquering one of Scotland’s most thrilling heights!

Minimum fundraising target: £200
- Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
- Maximum weight = 18 stone.
- You must be able to fit into the safety equipment provided. The measurements of this equipment are noted below in points 4 and 5 of this list.
- Helmet Size: Head circumference: 48-61 cm.
- Harness size: Minimum Height – 140cm high. Maximum Height – 200cm. Maximum Waist – 120cm. Maximum Thigh – 75cm.
