At Change Mental Health, we place the individual at the heart of what we do and we build the support they need to move forward with their lives.

You can find more about the support we deliver to people across Scotland by area below or you can contact our Information and Support Line to signpost you to relevant support that most fits your needs.

Our services across Scotland help people with their mental health and finances, educating educators about mental health awareness, and ensuring we tackle poor mental health in rural Scotland.

We are based across Edinburgh and call the Stafford Centre on Broughton Street home; a community drop-in resource to help people manage their mental health, gain greater self-confidence and build supportive networks.

Dumfries and Galloway

Our services are across the width of Dumfries and Galloway to help people get support in their communities, improve their professional development and employability skills, and ensure that we reach people in the remotest areas.

Our range of support in the Highlands reaches far and wide, focusing on integrating people into their community, early intervention for people in distress, and ensuring people get support when they need it.

We offer support in Tayside that provides information on mental health and have further services for those who hear voices, people who care for or support people negatively impacted by mental health and young people.

We provide one-to-one and group support for carers, people who hear voices and people seeking information on early intervention of mental health.
