Young people’s programmes
Bloom and Your Resilience are the largest programmes building young people’s mental health resilience with early preventative support. We equip young people with the tools and knowledge to manage their mental health through life’s transitions and develop personalised action plans to gain confidence in talking about their own mental health.
Clic, brought to you by Mental Health UK, offers online resources and facilitates a safe environment for people to chat peer to peer online. On the platform, you will also find Bloom on Clic – a group for teachers to help them access mental health support online for their own learning and the young people they support.
National Rural Mental Health Forum
As an action point of the Scottish Government’s Mental Health Strategy, the Forum has grown to more than 220 membership organisations from the public, private and third sector across Scotland to make it everyone’s business to tackle mental health. Seminars enable rural people to be open about their mental health and develop an evidence base for what works to improve people’s lives, as well as influencing and informing policymakers to deliver positive change.
