Clic, brought to you by Mental Health UK, offers online resources and facilitates a safe environment for people to chat peer to peer online. On the platform, you will also find Bloom on Clic – a group for teachers to help them access mental health support online for their own learning and the young people they support.

National Rural Mental Health Forum
As an action point of the Scottish Government’s Mental Health Strategy, the Forum has grown to more than 220 membership organisations from the public, private and third sector across Scotland to make it everyone’s business to tackle mental health. This initiative aims to address mental health issues through open discussions and evidence-based interventions, as well as influence policymakers and drive positive change.

Advice and Support Service
Our Advice and Support Service hosts an advice and support line, open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, where advisers can signpost you to local support that most fits your needs and tells you more about our Change Mental Health services. We can offer initial advice on your money worries and help you deal with emergencies.
If you require more in-depth help with benefits, debt, housing and energy safeguarding, we provide specialist and impartial advice, advocacy and representation over the phone, virtually and face to face.
