Coleen is responsible for the delivery and development of all of our different services.

Jonny Cobbold

Director of Strategic Projects and Development
Jonny is responsible for growing the charity’s commercial offer and strategy.

Jim Hume

Director of Policy, Public Affairs and Communications
Jim leads the communications, policy and public affairs teams to make sure that we are fighting stigma and raising awareness.
He also convenes our National Rural Mental Health Forum.

George Bellamy

Director of Operations
George makes sure everything works. He leads our operations function including HR, Administration and IT.

Linsey Shields

Director of Fundraising and Business Development
Linsey leads our fundraising efforts as well as our social enterprises and training services.

Susan Duncan

Head of Finance

Susan makes sure everything adds up, leading our finance team.

Michele Mason

Head of Edinburgh Services

Michele leads and develops our services across Edinburgh from the Stafford Centre on Broughton Street.

Head of Fife, Tayside and Angus Services
Susan leads our services across Tayside, Fife and Angus with offices in Perth and Levenmouth.

Clare leads our services across the North of Scotland, including Highland.

Emma leads our services throughout Dumfries and Galloway across 6 different sites.
