“It was amazing having something completely different to focus on in the weeks and months leading up to the day and being surrounded by friends, all striving for a common goal together on what was traditionally my toughest day of the year. I loved every minute.

Experience level
First-time hiker? Start with a well-trodden route. Seasoned climber? Take on a steeper challenge or pick a route with 4 munros!
Weather & conditions
Some Munros are more exposed than others. Always check the forecast before heading out!
Location & access
Think about travel time and whether you need parking, public transport or an overnight stay.
Solo or group?
Some routes are better tackled with company, while others offer a peaceful solo escape.
