The People First Summit comes on the back of Change Mental Health having over five decades of experience. It has taught us something really important: mental health doesn’t stay at home when people go to work.
We’re proud to team up with Wellbeing at Work again, a global leader in workplace wellbeing events, for the second annual People First Summit. Hosted by NatWest at their Gogarburn headquarters and sponsored by accountancy firm AAB, the event provides a fantastic environment for national and worldwide employers to learn, connect and engage, while enabling thriving workplaces and employees.

It’s exactly why we’ve built our corporate training and workplace programmes, and why we’re proud to bring that thinking alongside other bright minds to the People First Summit.
The Summit brings together senior leaders, HR and people professionals and wellbeing specialists from across Scotland for a day built around one idea: that putting people first isn’t soft, it’s strategy. Expect practical insight, honest conversation and the kind of connections that make workplaces genuinely better.
You will gain valuable new insights into the most effective wellbeing strategies through a range of keynotes, workshops and discussions.
