About the role
This new and dynamic role is focused on growing and nurturing high-value partnerships and sustainable commercial activity within the organisation. With a strong focus on relationship and account management, the Partnerships and Development Manager will be a people-oriented leader who thrives on building meaningful external relationships with clients, commissioners, and collaborators.
They will lead on the delivery of our People First Summit, manage commercial team members, including a bank of Training Associates, our Hopetown Café, and work closely with colleagues across Communications and Fundraising to grow the impact and sustainability of our commercial and income generating activities.
The post-holder will act as the operational lead for our commercial services and bring a fresh perspective to help us grow with our ambition.
The Partnership and Development Manager role at Change Mental Health is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, is happy working in a fast growing team with lots of change, and who wants the opportunity to be part of shaping their role and their team over the comings months and years.
Who are we looking for?
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in relationship management or stakeholder engagement roles
- Proven ability to manage or use CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders from CEOs to frontline staff
- Experience leading or managing staff or associates
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience in account management and/pr client services
- Experience of delivering or coordinating training
- Experience managing or coordinating events or conferences
- Understanding of social enterprise or charity commercial operations.
