Veterans Community Café

Run by veterans and for veterans,
supporting veterans with their
mental health in the community

Veterans Community Café was set up to help veterans isolated due to mental health issues, to address loneliness through contact with other veterans.

Our Veterans Community Café seeks to serve and support veterans, former and retired members of the UK armed forces, police, fire services, merchant navy, or other emergency services and their families.

The café is held every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm at Change Mental Health’s Stafford Centre in Edinburgh where veterans can benefit from peer support.

A free drop-in, it’s a welcoming space for veterans to chat to one another where their families are welcome to attend for hot drinks and food. There are also a range of guest speakers talking about different subjects of interest to veterans.
