Mental Health Champions
Mental Health Champions act as role models, encouraging staff to feel comfortable discussing their mental health and wellbeing. Champions will be equipped to influence and promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the organisation.

Understanding the Mental Health Champions course
You have the flexibility to complete the Mental Health Champions course in either two 3-hour online sessions or a full-day in-person session with a facilitator.
This course is designed for anyone who wishes to promote positive mental health and create a mentally healthy workplace. The face-to-face session is conducted in small groups of 8 to 12 people.
The course is divided into six sections, covering the vital elements of mental health in the work environment.
