Mental Health Champions
Mental Health Champions act as role models, encouraging staff to feel comfortable discussing their mental health and wellbeing. Champions will be equipped to influence and promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the organisation.

Understanding the course
Mental Health Champions can take place across two 3-hour sessions online or a full day in person. It is delivered in person by a facilitator or by video conferencing.
This course is designed for anyone who wishes to promote positive mental health and create a mentally healthy workplace. This is face-to-face delivery, with participant group numbers between 8 and 12.
