Me and Money

Money and mental health workshops co-designed by and for young people

Me and Money is the first UK-wide programme supporting young people aged 14-18 to develop a healthier mental relationship with money. The workshops go beyond financial literacy to tackle behaviours, beliefs and resilience around money.

Delivered over four one-hour interactive sessions, Me and Money has been co-produced with young people to ensure that the content responds to their needs and reflects the ways they learn best.

What young people told us

The recent cost of living crisis has led to 70% of young people feeling anxious about money and 80% people feel they want to learn more about money and finance (The London Foundation for Banking & Finance).

The young people we spoke to said the same:

“Being worried about not having enough money stops me from doing things that I like and I often worry about what it will be like in the future.”

Me and Money workshop topics
