Course information

about the course

What kind of leader do you want to be? And more importantly, how do your day-to-day behaviours reflect that? This full-day training helps leaders explore those questions through a people-first lens. The session begins with values and vision: what inspires you, how do you want to be experienced as a leader and how do you live that out through your everyday actions?

From there, participants explore behaviours in action, using structured group activities to reflect on the practical impact of positive leadership behaviours and how to make them visible in team settings. The session introduces the Situational Leadership model, helping participants develop flexibility in how they respond to individuals with different levels of confidence and competence.

Leaders are then invited to reflect on their personal brand, with peer feedback that strengthens self-awareness and builds confidence. Discussion shifts toward culture and boundaries, what kind of working culture they want to help create, and how clear boundaries contribute to trust, clarity and mutual respect.

Finally, the session focuses on communication, particularly in moments of tension. Using Transactional Analysis and real-life examples, participants explore how to shift conversations out of unhelpful dynamics and into Adult-to-Adult dialogue that promotes growth, accountability and connection.

The session closes with space for personal reflection and a practical action plan, so that leaders don’t just leave inspired, but prepared to act.
