Take part in the 100 challenge!

Do 100 of an activity that helps you and your mental health in July while raising £100 to make sure people get the mental health support they need.

We’ve launched the 100 challenge, our new fundraising campaign that encourages you to do 100 of anything that makes you feel great and improves your wellbeing while raising £100 to make sure people get the mental health support they need.

Taking place through the whole of July, you can sign up for the 100 challenge for free anywhere in the world and do anything you want. After signing up, we’ll give you one of our fresh Change Mental Health wristbands and after raising £20 we’ll give you a Change Mental Health t-shirt.

The possibilities are endless in the 100 challenge: you could learn 100 new words, plant 100 seeds, walk 100 miles, bake 100 cakes or make 100 origami flowers! These are just a handful of ideas available. The 100 challenge is entirely flexible to you and our Fundraising team can’t wait to hear what you’re tackling during the month of July.

We previously did the 100 Streets Challenge but have redeveloped the campaign into the 100 challenge to make it more accessible for people to take part across the entire country. We know 1 in 100 people will experience serious mental illness and 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue every year. Schizophrenia affects 1 in 100 people and we want to raise awareness of how we can tackle severe and enduring mental illness, and support more people to manage their wellbeing.

Take part in the 100 challenge today!
