Mental health training
Mental health awareness training can give your organisation the knowledge and skills to fight stigma and contribute to creating a supportive and mentally healthy environment.
Change Mental Health offers employers, individuals and young people the opportunity to take part in mental health training, which has been informed by people with lived experience.
All our training is designed to proactively support mental health for those who access the training in the first instance and those they support. Change Mental Health has a 50-year track record of supporting mental health in Scotland, and this expertise leads and helps to build our training experiences.
Our training programmes allow workplaces, schools and communities to embed a culture of well-being to protect mental health. By encouraging resilience through self-care, understanding through knowledge, and support through empathy, participating in Change Mental Health training instils an ethos that empowers those within and attracts those without.
