Director of Services
Coleen is responsible for the delivery and development of all of our different services.
George Bellamy
Director of Operations
George makes sure everything works. He leads our operations function including HR, Administration and IT.
Jim Hume
Director of Policy, Public Affairs and Communications
Jim leads the communications, policy and public affairs teams to make sure that we are fighting stigma and raising awareness.
He also convenes our National Rural and Islands Mental Health Forum.
Jonny Cobbold
Director of Development
Jonny is responsible for growing the charity’s commercial offer and strategy, overseeing Fundraising, Training and more.

Head of Finance
Susan makes sure everything adds up, leading our finance team.
Emma Scott
Head of Dumfries and Galloway Services
Emma leads our services throughout Dumfries and Galloway across various sites in the region.
Bethany Biggar
Head of National Services
Bethany leads our national services, including the National Advice and Support Service, our Distress Brief Intervention portfolio, the Suicide Bereavement Support Service, along with other national initiatives.
