build the support they need to move forward with their lives

areas

At Change Mental Health, we ensure that everyone has the mental health support they need, when they need it and in a way which works best for them.

We support over 10,000 people across Scotland through a range of different services that are non-clinical, person-centred and available in your community.

National

Our services across Scotland help people with their mental health and finances, educating educators about mental health awareness, and ensuring we tackle poor mental health in rural Scotland.

Edinburgh

We are based across Edinburgh and call the Stafford Centre on Broughton Street home; a community drop-in resource to help people manage their mental health, gain greater self-confidence and build supportive networks.

Dumfries and Galloway

Our services are across the width of Dumfries and Galloway to help people get support in their communities, improve their professional development and employability skills, and ensure that we reach people in the remotest areas.

Highland

Reaching people far and wide to integrate them into their community and ensuring people across Highland are getting the support when they need it through a range of support best suited to you

Tayside

Supporting carers, people experiencing psychosis and schizophrenia, and enabling people who face the stresses of everyday life to move forward with their lives.

Fife

We provide one-to-one and group support for carers, people who hear voices and people seeking information on early intervention of mental health.

National Advice and Support Service

Our National Advice and Support Service can provide support and signposting for a wide range of topics, such as looking after your own mental health or caring for someone with mental health problems. We’ll help connect you with the most appropriate local support, including our own Change Mental Health services.

We have an experienced team of advisers who can help with any money worries you might have, including:

  • Carrying out a benefit check to ensure you are in receiving everything you are entitled to
  • Completing applications for benefits with you
  • Applying for grants such as fuel vouchers, crisis grants and community care grants
  • Offering debt advice and support.
Please note our National Advice and Support Service is not a crisis service

If you are experiencing significant mental health distress and require urgent support, we encourage you to contact any of the organisations listed at the bottom of this page for immediate assistance.
